If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that we do quality checks on all your purchased items before it's shipped out to you, just to make sure there it's not defective.
All sales are final!
Please note that we do not cancel or refund any order for any items that are shipping from overseas or after the shipment has left from warehouse facility.
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item, we will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.
it is the BUYERS' responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Critters are not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.
How do I return something?
We offer returns for a product that is defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement.
Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
